Virginie grew up in Switzerland. She graduated from EHL Hospitality Business School Lausanne in Hospitality Management. She completed a Master Degree in Human Resources Management while working in Geneva, Switzerland for the Accor Group as a Human Resources Manager.
She moved to Miami, Florida in 2011 and built a diverse professional path including entrepreneurship, relationship management, a professional coaching certification and practice.
After obtaining her SHRM-CP Certification, Virginie joined Jade-Fiducial team where she is in charge of the Human Resources.
