Jean-Philippe Saurat is Managing Director at Jade Fiducial, based in the Montréal office. A founding partner of MSGL, the Montréal-based accounting and tax firm established to support French companies and individuals in their relocation and mobility projects in Canada, he joined Jade Fiducial in 2026 following the combination of the two firms, marking the firm's first establishment in Canada. Prior to this, he was a partner at Massat Consulting Group, a French-American accounting firm with offices in New York, Miami, Montréal, Mexico, Paris and Luxembourg, as well as at Primexis. He brings around fifteen years of experience in French, US and Canadian tax and accounting.
A recognized specialist in cross-border matters, Jean-Philippe guides French individuals and companies throughout their international mobility journey, from structuring ahead of an expatriation, to managing tax matters while abroad, to preparing for a return to France.
