Dwayne’s primary focus in his tax experience is on US inbound and outbound transactions and operations.
Dwayne is a member of the Connecticut Bar, holds a J.D. degree in law from Rutgers School of Law, a B.S. degree in accounting from Delaware State University, and his LLM from Boston University.
